Hi, Recently got offer from Cognizant and now filling the BGV details. I completed my MCA in 3.6 years whereas actual course duration is 3 year. When i am entering the exact duration (3.6 year) they keep rejecting it saying course actual duration is 3 year. Could you please help here how to proceed?

I have completed all my pre-joining formalities & submitted all relevant documents. Once submitting the BGV got an auto mailer saying that it would take 14 days to complete the BGV. And the days are over now. Also, so far, I didn't receive any mails.

I have got offer from CTS and doing pre-onboarding formalities. As part of BGV the are asking to fill HR Manager name and contact numbers. How we can fill that because my previous company is HCL where the HR people are keep changing & @they don't even respond to their employees. Also, we couldn't add their phone number as well. How to proceed with this as this mandated for BGV. Any one please helpout.
