Bring your car
Also, congrats on the new gig!
Bring your car. I didn’t think I needed it when I moved but so many day trips.
Also don’t call it San Fran...
It's Cali native, no?
Bring it for sure. So many places around to go visit.
Bring your car. Public transport to the closest grocery store is not that great, even if getting to San Fran is easy. This is not NYC.
And congrats on the new gig!
Are you planning on living in SF? How fancy is it? If it’s nice and you won’t have parking, maybe trade down. It WILL get jacked up and probably broken into if you’re street parking it. But it’s nice to have a car there even if you don’t need one. Pro tip: Don’t call it San Fran. Or Frisco. SF, San Francisco, and the city are all acceptable. 😄
You working at Apple? I’m freelance there if you want to dm me, if you have any questions. Congrats on the new gig!
Car. California is a beautiful place. You’ll want to be able to get out in it.
you need a catch car in the bay area
You’ll soon get sick of the shuttle buses. Many folks drive, because they have to take multiple buses or a bus and Uber for their commute.
If you’re living in SF, no you don’t need a car. If you’re living in Cupertino/Sunnyvale, absolutely.
Thanks for the advice everyone! I think I am gonna bring my car just to play safe but maybe I’ll sell it if I find I can get around easy without it
Hi! I live in the Sunnyvale/Cupertino area and would def advice you to bring your car along. The public transport is not the most reliable and Uber has a surge all day along. Congrats on the new gig! And welcome to Silicon Valley✌🏼
