I have given technical interview a couple of weeks back for HCL. Recruitment person confirmed that I have cleared tech rounds and should wait for HR round. A HR called me from HCL asking few details. I haven't received any call till date for HR discussion. Recruitment person not responding for my mails or calls. What I can expect? can anyone encountered such situation.?

Have received offer from TCS and tentative DOJ I gave was 27 June 2022.
There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..
Hr recruiter is not responding..
Is there any one with similar situation.

My company is under merger with ACN. Will I get a boost in my salary after pairing my level with ACN? Current role is senior engineer with 7+ years. Which level will I fit into ? And my current salary is much lower (20k) than ACN standard. Thanks.

Not sure what to choose, designation is SSE in every company.
I want good work culture, WLB, good tech stack.

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.
