Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

New to the industry and wondering what a typical Pharma Copywriter does in their role. A bit concerned about the lack of actual copywriting I'm doing so far.

Ive been learning to be a data scientist (Ineuron Full Stack Data Science)

Considering having a hands an experience on 4-5 Projects with Internship Certificates, Is it possible to get an opportunity directly into a Data Scientist Role(NLP/ML)?

Or should i go and work as an Analyst first and then look for an opportunity at more adv role?

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. One of my senior got an offer of 76 LPA+. he has 12 yeo and was working in the amazon from the last 5 year. This package is what nagarro is offering.

I don't understand why? Why nagarro is paying this much to him... He is a data scientist, so do I.. we studied in the same college(NIT goa). He was my super senior but still only 2 year difference does it really matter. I have close to 10 yeo and i am earning only 19 LPA.

Being the eldest daughter, I have taken up responsibilities like paying rent and contributing in home expenses. I want to continue it even after marriage else it will get difficult to my parents to manage. But people around me say no one will agree to this and so finding a match seems impossible.

Is it possible to get 45 days early relieving in cognizant if manager like to prepone LWD To 45 days ? I don't want early relieving since my other company joining is in April and they don't prepone DOJ. Without salary for 2 months is very difficult to survive .
