Offered TC: 180k
YOE: 3

I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

I just don’t want to negotiate and get the offer rescinded.

I work at a small Midwest ID firm doing mostly MVAs for an Insurance Carrier.
