Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

You should absolutely apply to other places. It will help you understand what other roles are out there and your market value. Good luck!
Tell your team you’re interviewing. If they want you, it’ll spark them to tell Management to make a case to hire you earlier than it may have happened organically. Don’t lie - just be transparent about your search and honest that you’d love to stay if offered a role there.
Tell the Recuriter creative manager you’ve started to get interest from some other agencies (whether 100% true or not) and that you love it here and don’t want to miss out on a permanent opportunity, but if they aren’t prepared to hire you you also don’t want to miss out on a great gig, then while you wait for their answer tell anyone who shows interest that you’re current agency has been talking to you about coming on full time. And that you’d love to join them, but you can’t wait too long as you don’t want to burn a bridge with you’re current CDs. Keep playing this game until you a get a firm offer. If you get one from a second choice go to your first choice with said offer, take less if you have to but go with your first choice if they give you a permanent gig (when you’re just starting off money should be the least important factor, it’s all about opportunity, resume, accounts and CDs you’ll be learning from). If they can’t make you a full time gig, go in grace, kick ass where every you go, stay in touch with the people you met and chances are you’ll land a better job a few years later at your first choice shop.
No. If you haven't been offered, you're totally in the clear to apply for jobs. In fact it's what you should be doing. Don't assume it'll just fall out of the internship. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't. And bargaining chips are never a bad thing if and when you're wanted.
Plan for worst case scenario. Always. And when applying... apply in other cities as well.
Traditional agencies are having a rough time in general. We're not the exception. Do you love the kind of work your doing on the team and see plenty of potential for growth? But if after 6 months there's not a lot more happening for you GTFO. Milking you as a jr and not helping you grow is kinda standard in the bldg for not sexy accts.
Apply for sure. We never hire at the agency I’m at, and at the agency I interned at...they hired no one as well.
Are you at 35WW? Do you like the team you're on? If they offer, it's to keep you on the same team. Consider that. 35WW is a great place to intern, (and unless you're on one of the sexier accounts) may not be the best place to stay at the moment.
What discipline?
Love my team! Ideally would love to stay here. Curious to hear why it’s not a good place to stay?
