Not advice, but also in the same situation where my coworker makes 25k more than me. It sucks to hear and I’m sorry you’re in the same boat
Just from personal experience I would actually use that as an opportunity to see what else might be available in terms of compensation with another company or if you really like working for the company you are at you are going to have to be okay with that being the case. Rule of thumb those that come into a company externally with the same title sometimes will get paid more. It’s just kind of how it works, but it’s up to you to decide if that’s what you want or need to do to get similar pay.

Previous post regarding external hires is worth noting - but address it directly with your line manager and HR. Make sure that you can provide examples of your value in terms of what you’re achieving and state that you feel the company undervalues you and the situation has affected your confidence in the organization and whether you feel like you can see yourself there in the medium/long term.
Keep in mind that the fact you have the same title and the same years of experience is not the same as having the same value to the company.
If your company isn't willing to address the pay gap fairly, it might be time to explore other options. Remember your skills and experience are valuable, and you deserve to be compensated accordingly.
