Decent. Maybe try to negotiate for an extra week of vacation. American companies don’t offer as much as French ones. And get used to eating lunch in ten minutes at your desk. C’est la vie.
I think that’s great.
Are they getting you a visa? 10+ years is a lot and $110k is a hole you’re going to have to fight to climb out of at one agency. The only way to really get a large step-up raise is to move agencies and a visa will complicate that. You should know what new biz really entails, and definitely communicate that. Tell them that you know the role means a lot of nights and weekends, and you’ll do the job for $150k+ - see what they say.
Not bad, if you’ve been in the business 4-6 years.
Im 10+ experience but i think it s a way to put a step in the building.
Also, do you have awards? You can leverage them to get closer to 150
Thanks, the thing my level is actually associate creative director...the job is more presentation design manager...i don t think they will go above 110k but i ll try... I know in term of career it s a step back but sometimes you know...need to put the ego on the side :)
