How is the Variable Component and salary increment there. My Joining Date is 10th Jan'22. I hope I willl be eligible for the appraisal and bonus in 2022 cycle. Share your thoughts please.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. I have job offer from Cognizant for associate-projects role and also from Capgemini for Consultant/B2 role. Both are based in Bangalore. I am confused on which to prefer. Cognizant is offering just 48k in fixed and 45k in variable more than Capgemini.

I have an offer of 9.5 lpa with company A
Currently interview with company B and settled the deal at 13 lpa
The company B hasnt released the offer yet, is there chance that they might revise the 13 lpa offer and reduce it, as they were really stressing out on my cctc or in the worst case scenarios will I be rejected ???

PS - Company B have taken all my documents for document verification.

Does anybody know about how the cooling period in Deloitte work? Can someone apply in enterprise operations sap consultant within 6 months of interview of normal sap consultant profile?( Since these two are different profiles)

I have got offer from Accenture for 20LPA with 16LPA fixed and 4LPA as variable pay.
Now Capgemini wants to retain me and they have told they can give counter offer for 16-16.5 LPA though I asked for 17.5 LPA as fixed what should I do now accept and revoke resignation?
