I have Completed the Lead Fullstack rounds at Siemens 14 days ago. Zero HR feedback, but portal status is stuck at 'In Process with Hiring Manager.' Given it's a senior role, is this status usually just a bottleneck for approvals, or am I being ghosted?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected.
