I received a call for a Workday project at UST global that will be based in Malaysia. Any idea how is it at UST in the workday functional team and What phase or stage is the project in? How long has UST been using workday etc. Also why are they hiring for the Malaysian team separately??

I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?

I feel like my kids are missing out on the magic of school (they were in kg and 1st grade when the initial shutdown started). I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
