Hola, I’m at my new job for 3 months now. Still learning and get a lot of training. I can tell I’m not happy with the people I work with here. It’s not flexible, can’t work from home at all. Plus, I have PTO but it’s very hard to take off. They will give you some attitude before they approve your time off. That makes me feel bad for using my own vacation time. Pay is super low. Expensive health insurance. It’s not the job make me want to quit. It’s just about the people here. I feel miserable.
