This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

The learning and design content I write belongs to the company where I work. Am I able to add and/or share my work in my portfolio? Is it acceptable to create some generic content to demonstrate my skill set?

Any TIPS on “how to not give up on finding a job”. After many final rounds and ZERO offers, I’m on the edge. It’s a horrid feeling to endure and to end it seems.

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations.
