At the beginning of quarantine, I was really depressed. I was drinking too much alcohol, eating too much junk food, and generally not in a good place. I realized I couldn’t continue like that so I started a plan to be healthier. As of today, I am down 11 pounds & am my lowest weight in years! It has been a slow weight loss but I am focusing on making sustainable lifestyle changes that I can keep up. I am so excited and proud!!

So I feel like I want to keep eating something all day. Even though I'm full and not really hungry. It's the thing of chewing I guess. What to do to combat this?

Hi everyone! I currently work in an outpatient setting doing individual therapy but am planning to leave my job. I have a handful of patients, some of which have been meeting with me consistently for over 2 years, that I suspect will want to remain in touch after I leave. Has anyone ever done this before?
