I have YOE : 9 yrs in Dynamics 365 and my current CTC is 28LPA.

I wish to get insight from the community whether the package is good or I lagging behind?

Is there a salary cap for non-partner like roles? Like Director or SM?

Should I negotiate without any competing offers?

Company: Walmart Tech Labs
Location: Hoboken
Base: 150k
Bonus: 24k (16%)
RSU: 25k / year for 3 years

Offered TC: 180k
YOE: 3

I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

I just don’t want to negotiate and get the offer rescinded.

What type of food do you all feed your fur babies? I have a very picky eater, and doesn’t like hard food/treats. He’s at an ideal weight, and I’ve been making homemade food to mix in with his kibble, but not sure if that’s the best thing to do for his nutrition. I’ve tried wetting his food to make it softer, but he won’t touch it. Not sure if I should look into premade human grade food or continue making my own. Or using something else for his kibble. Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. I feel I have been low balled because I took the offer last year being convinced that another hike was on the way. Should i have a conversation about this with my Manager?
