How big is your supply chain team? I’ve worked in big groups (20+) and smaller groups (2 people) throughout my career.

Right now, my team is 12 people. It's actually the smallest team I have been on. Most of the teams I have worked on were 20+ also.

Worked on teams with tons of people, but their jobs were in supply chain with overlaps in things like QA. I prefer a team of less than ten because communication is more efficient

Right now my team is pretty small and I like it that way. We all know each other and get to have fun on the job. It's only 5 of us now and I think that's perfect.

hi all, currently have two offers:

1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.

Thanks in advance!

I’m currently a tax senior associate at M&A group with a big four thinking about switching to international tax group because international stuff sounds more interesting. What does international tax group do day-to-day at a big four (heard could be more compliance work)? Will you actually learn the rules on subpart F, GILTY, FDII etc.? And is the workload more constant compared to M&A?

Hello,

How is SAP practice in PWC. What kind of projects we can expect to work.
Also will it be support or implementation projects.
What are the work hours usually? Can we finish the work in the mornings and attend only calls in the evening to match the timezone? How flexible is it?

Thanks in advance.

Dear All Fisbowls,

I have a query. Request all of yours suggestion and if you have done something similar to this please share.

You have resigned and have offer in hand suppose 15 fixed.
Meanwhile you get another offer but they will give around 17 fixed.
I am thinking to quote my in hand offer as 17 fixed with changes in it and share it with them.
So that they can give me around 20 fixed.
Request to share honest detail here.

It’s very discouraging to continuously receive these rejection emails. With 9 years of supply chain experience, I am not sure why I would not be able to at least get an interview for entry level roles that require no experience. Not just this one pictured but others as well. I’ve applied to maybe 60 positions since May, both mid level and “entry” and no interviews. I’ve had my resume professionally re-written twice. Not sure where the disconnect is. Anyone else going through this same thing?
