Right now, my team is 12 people. It's actually the smallest team I have been on. Most of the teams I have worked on were 20+ also.
Worked on teams with tons of people, but their jobs were in supply chain with overlaps in things like QA. I prefer a team of less than ten because communication is more efficient
Right now my team is pretty small and I like it that way. We all know each other and get to have fun on the job. It's only 5 of us now and I think that's perfect.
