How can I develop skills related to forecasting? I do a lot of work on launch strategy, HCP segmentation, buying process, patient pathway etc. but there’s never been anything involving data analysis and forecasting. How do I explain this while interviewing for industry roles that need familiarity with iqvia datasets?

I want to share my TCS interview experience. I got selected for one project TR, MR everything was over. The manager of the project confirmed me that I m selected and I will get offer letter soon. I was excited to join TCS due to job security,wlb, etc.
Later when I check with the HR they are saying we couldn't proceed as you are selected for some other project. I was shocked to hear this. But till now i m waiting for other project call 😂. I lost trust in TCS. They are wasting our time,efforts
