There was a recent PTO policy update email that was send out. Please review the email.
You would have to get approval from multiple emails.
Good luck ! And I hope all is well .
You should definitely apply for Medical leave. In policy term, it’s called short term disability. If approved, you can get 6 months of paid leave.
It’s a simple process for approval. Call 1800 Deloitte.
Pro
Knock someone up or get knocked up. Paternity/Maternity leave
Pro
Not as insane as OP
You could always take a LoA (unpaid leave) or if it's medical there's things you can do there which would mean partial pay for your leave (up to 6mo). There's other ways as well all spelled out in the "handbook" contract 1800DELOITTE or reach out to talent or your coach that can hopefully help you out. Reason matter and there's different options depends on reason
It’s 6 month of full pay and post that, with the medical condition, it will be partial pay.
It’s called Short Term Disability and your eligibility is done by Met life
Stand corrected on the short term disability leave. Got my leaves and models mixed up
