Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Ive been dealing with this myself (no case interviews) but whats been working for me is just remembering that even if I dont get the job that fortunately I will still be employed and trying to remain grateful for that

For real. It works.
I work in executive search and interview people almost everyday. I can't help with case interviews specifically, but I always advise candidates that every interview and assessment process is a learning experience, and you're richer for having put yourself forward, even if you don't get the job.
Also always remember that not getting a job isn't always a reflection on you and only you - its a reflection of the wider candidate pool and who you're up against. Those factors are not under your control. How can you fail at something you didn't have control over?
Hope that was helpful.
Accept lack of confidence and choose to do it anyways. Focus on doing your best for you - not the outcome. You will feel good doing your best no matter the outcome.
Have a plan Z: what you'll do if all fails. If you have an ok plan Z then all else is made a bit less important
Thank you all.
