How can I transition into working for an institutional investment firm from a investment sales job? I am securities licensed and have been selling packaged RE products to clients for a little over 6 months. I have raised a little over $3M. I want to transition to working for the institutions we sell for. My issue at hand is that I'm 19, I have no undergrad, but I have a deep knowledge and understanding of CRE. I also have the experience and letters of recc. to back it up. How can do it?

How common are career changes / pivots? Can’t help but feel behind now that I’m considering a change and makes me feel alone. Not sure how to go about making the change (finance to marketing)

Are there any fully remote lawfirms, ie you don't have to live in the state they have offices? I recently left a large lawfirm to go in-house which came with a huge paycut that is not going to be sustainable long term, but needed a remote position to be able to move. I got a job as a infrastructure consultant right out of college 3 years ago and later became a solutions architect at the company I am at now. I have a degree in CS and never really got the chance to use my programming skills (Java, python, Springboot framework).
