I went from 114k to 225k (associate to lead) in my time there. The thing to note is they pay time and a half for overtime in most states up through senior. And then a couple of other states and Canada pay overtime at lead as well.

Yep. It’s kind of weird. But my 225k was more like 260 because of it

Varies a bit by Geo but that's pretty accurate.
Thanks S1. I appreciate the insight!
Just to clarify….. that 145ish is base (70%) and the rest is the 30% of the comp. Is that correct?
Lead solution engineer OTE should be around $175k-230k based on location and experience. I joined a couple years ago as Lead SE at 205k OTE plus 41k RSU in a 2nd tier city.
Side question: I applied for an SE role with SF this week. On average, how long does it take to hear from them if they’re going to talk to you?
Just get that 100% ;)
I was a Sr. Se (I level down) making 133 base in NYC, so that seems accurate

Friend of mine left Salesforce for Deloitte and I’m pretty sure they regret it everyday
If it’s on the CSG team, is the Lead Solution Engineer role a L6 or L7?
Different bands have different pay levels. Check out levels.fyi. Not exactly accurate for CSG teams but quite helpful
