Rising Star
It’s a trade off. Generally the more you write, the more visible your profile will be to recruiters. On the other hand, it’s super cringy to try hard on LinkedIn

I don’t write anything down tbh. Maybe that’s a mistake lol
I write brief bullets of what I did, not my whole resume
Mandatory underwear inventory, sorted by date and color.
I write absolutely nothing more than the basics on work (firms I have worked at, the roles, and the start date and end date) and education (school, degree, start date and end date).
That has worked out fine, but imagine if I was desperate to leave to something niche I would need to tailor it.
