Depends on your practice honestly, no CPA required in Risk lol

Got a bonus, got a new job with a strong track and much more money, and got the satisfaction of knowing I have those 3 letters on my resume/background and won't have to ever have to do something like that again outside of work...

What kind of projects are you in FAAS that never do over 40? Do you practice any hard wlb boundaries with your teams? Any tips for mere mortals

Freedom to leave if I want to, knowing that I've ticked off that box for potential future employers.

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience… thanks in advance!

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?

I have started a side hustle with two friends. It's Climate Tech related. We have been working with it for the past year as a part-time hustle. We want to take it to the next stage.

My two other friends have a background in consultancy and one of them had a mentor who is really high up at a Big4. He would like to join the start up as a Partner. He seems really experienced and could help raising money, although he does not seem to care about climate change.

What would be a good offer?

5+ years of full-time job as developer and still waiting to reverse a LinkedList at work.

Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
