Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. You will realize how cushy the B4 is with resources, training, and perks. You want to understand seniority levels - is their version of an SA a B4 manager? What is the expectation for BD? What is their pipeline like? Project team structure. Hiring plans going forward. Management turnover - especially partner.
I always want to know what's the pipeline and growth plan is like. But always feel it's a sensitive question. Not sure how to ask it during the interview process
Great questions I'm going to ask D1, thanks. They don't have a partner though, still really small and pres was the one working with the recruiter that found me on LinkedIn. I immediately asked why the ceo is dealing with this matter, shouldn't HR deal with this. There is no HR was the answer lol. What should I make of this considering they are ~20 ppl only? And cushy is good but does this mean I'll be getting to do more of my desired work or will it be a ton of meaningless admin work to make up for the lack of "cushy" resources?
