Yes, Bonvoy simply because of the options.
As for airlines you listed, Delta > Southwest > American. I personally avoid American like the plague.

For hotels I think the consensus is the Bonvoy (Marriott, basically) is the best one.
For airlines the advice is pick the local hub airline. If your local airport is not a hub, what is the nearest hub? Can you check a few major routes and see if the same airline seems to have best coverage?
If you are next to a small airport, whoever has the most flights there should be your awnser

My airport is not a hub either but I love delta and there is a delta hub 2 hours away so I typically fly delta unless I was going somewhere with a direct on another airline.

For airlines you’ll probably want whatever hub is closest to your location. Mine is united so I exclusively use them.
