How do I take advantage of preferred seating for EY employees on the American Airlines website?

Is this kind of like sitting in the front or the back of this bus?

I have tried to access the link right after booking my flight and it seems there’s a delay after you book it in AmEx Travel until preferred seating is available at the AA site. The flight I have didn’t have preferred seating available so I wasn’t able to use it. Is that what you mean?

EY1 - Yeah that’s what I was talking about. Can’t seem to figure out how to move to a preferred seat without paying

Ok. Well, like I said, a seat wasn’t available on my flight, so not quite sure exactly how it works. Since there is that delay from getting the ticket on AmEx to when it’s available to the AA system, I may have forgotten to check it on my last flight

U have to call AMEX travel after booking

Best everyday bank account and credit card in Australia for an expat couple?

I‘m moving to Australia with my partner and we don’t have a bank account and credit cards yet. We basically need the bank account only for everyday finance stuff (local payments, debit card, etc) and we‘re looking for some credit cards with good international fees and ideally a reward program to collect some points for traveling.

Looking for referrals for a Technical Sales Executive position that is Remote (USA), possibly in the industrial sector. Last year I made $109k at AT&T so I'm hoping to at least stay in the same ball park but want a change. I have lots of experience selling IT/telecom, but I also have a Mechanical Engineering background so I'm a good fit for a wide range of technical sales. I have been thinking a role in the industrial sector with a longer sales cycle may be a good fit, can travel up to 25%

First time poster here!

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?
