How do incompetent, toxic Senior Managers not get fired when everyone who's ever worked for them has complained and/or quit while working for them? How do we get them gone??

Does anyone else struggle with being on the bench? It's been 4 weeks and it's starting to take a toll on me. How do you cope? Scared of being fired! Being passed over for analysts with more experience

How does one get into strategy / mgmt consulting without having an MBA? Are mgmt consulting jobs only reserved for MBA grads? I feel like I have great ideas that I could put forth and potentially do a good job as a mgmt consultant but I come from an accounting/tax technology background (CPA).. would I just never be relevant for a consulting role unless I got an MBA?
