How do you be a good manager when you have no idea what you are doing? I was good at delegating and managing staffs when I was in another SL because I knew the material well. In new SL, not as experienced so delegating and managing staffs is so much harder..

I’ve been going through it this month. Was on Buspirone for 4 weeks which caused a n of depression. Now I just started Zoloft and I’m feeling extra anxious and hypersensitive.
