How do you deal with taking on an assignment for an interview that you’re told is paid, but being completely ignored when you ask for the payment that was previously discussed and promised?

I am invited for an interview at Convera (Western Union Business Solutions) as a Sales Training Consultant. Am I correct in estimating $100,000-$110,000 would be a good salary range?

What should I be expecting for a 2nd round Associate Product Manager interview ? It is 30 minutes and with the hiring manager who has been in PM for decades. I am assuming product design/strategy may come into play.
