Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Generally speaking, you want to have a generic resume but then tailor it to each job. It takes longer that way for sure but if you're looking for similar roles then it doesn't require as much tailoring than if you were applying to positions in completely different areas. If you're doing that route then someone suggested to spend two weeks applying to similar jobs before switching to applying for another type. That way the process is more streamlined. I personally just have multiple resumes that I can choose from and then change it up a little if need be before sending it off. I think the biggest thing you can do is to try and find out who the hiring manager is, or someone else who can point you to that person, and making contact with them after applying while also including your resume in the email or LinkedIn message. Good luck!
Agree with Michael, you want to customize the resume to show how you meet the job requirements. You might find it helpful to use LinkedIn to see how your profile measures up to the skills the job is looking for as most companies continue to post here as well as their corporate ATS sites. Before you apply, LinkedIn will report back you have X of 10 skills they are looking for. Because you want to customize the resume, it's even more important that you take a step back to ask yourself, "What do I really want?" Hope this helps!
