Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Lol the salt here is real
Culture here can be pretty rough - won’t deny that, but there are some really smart people here that you’d never find at a Big 4 “consulting” arm.
PwC doesn’t have an S&O practice - no idea where EM1 is getting that from.
@OP -- my understanding was that back in 2014, Booz & Co. ultimately decided to sell itself because it simply could not stop attrition in its middle ranks (managers, directors) -- the culture was especially brutal to those folks. Ever since, S& has not really worked to create a single unified culture -- in my practice, it's a mix of the old Booz partners, some of whom directly contributed to that meltdown in 2014, organically promoted folks from PwC / S&, and now a large group of ex-BCG partners.
Hence the clique-ishness.
It’s not bad. Most people here are happy. The unhappy voices are the loudest. I wouldn’t trust the opinion of anyone that doesn’t work at S&.
The culture is intense because partners need to deliver. The pipeline is mostly very strong. We’re sold out in most verticals.
Strategy& is where PWC Strategy & Ops folks go if they are performing below expectations

Stop the cap
S& is a solid brand. You all are hating because you probably couldn’t get in. What a bunch of losers!

Snooty, over-priced, political, cliquish, with no hard skills.

Isn't "cliquish" the same thing as "it's a people business" and "you need to network"
S& is a shell of what it was as Booz & Company. Out of 250 Booz partners, fewer than 50 remain.
There are more Booz partners at KPMG, Deloitte, and MBB than at S&.
A2, people hate S& because it represents the destruction of Booz as a strategy brand.
Booz is dead
Wannabe discount MBB

SC1 I spent some time around S& and chose to stick with the PwC Partners because all of the above reasons, and the fact that in FS, PwC partners were outpacing S& in revenue 3x, 4x or evening more. S& partners just didn’t have sustainable numbers.

Good question. I’m in industry now and all the products strategy& has delivered us have been ‘meh’ at best.
