I work out twice a week
Well, not enough. I have great intentions of getting my butt in gear and working out three too five times each week. However, I pretty much always fail at this. I might workout once a month. I have been trying to go down to my apartments pool more frequently but I wouldn’t really classify that as a workout lol
I don't know if it qualifies as a workout, but I try to take a walk every single day. I find that if I walk at least two miles a day it just helps me in various ways (keeping weight off, and I think it also helps with stress reduction). I haven't done workouts like a gym workout in a long time, those didn't really do me much good, to be honest. Walking has become so much a part of my day that I don't really think of it as a workout, it's almost more like my time to think.
I went every weekday for awhile to do HIIT. My hair started falling out, got it checked out and everything was normal. Dr said I might be exercising too much, she was right. I now do maybe 3x a week for HIIT - apparently you’re not supposed to do it more than that
Every day, seven days a week. Comprising of five strength/resistance workouts, two 5k runs (sometimes a 5k and a 10k instead), one other cardio workout, and only yoga on Sundays. Oh and a dance class at least once a week.
Overall, anywhere between 30 mins to 2 hours every day
I go to the gym thrice a week and I try to alternate between heavy and light day of workouts. It's for my insomnia so I need wear myself all the way out so I can sleep. On days that I don't, I take long evening walks.
