There is no "rule". Don't be afraid to leave something you're sure isn't going to work out or improve your station (if a better opportunity is available), but don't feel obligated to leave if you're still learning and growing, and salary + title are keeping pace.
80% (probably) of the time, moving on in the 18 - 36 month range makes the most sense, but there are many reasons why it may not when the time comes.

Be mindful that jumping ship too quickly doesn't look great in your resume. Some hiring managers get jittery at interviewing someone that has stayed less than 2 years in a role on a regular basis.

I’ve had better luck building my credibility with a company than making leaps and feeling like starting over to get familiarize with new people, process and company but definitely feel like 2-3 years would be good. Not as easy in this current market than it was before though
