What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..

looking for advice for my partner who is a data scientist at an ad agency in NYC. He had been working 70+ hours a week on a project that fell apart while he was on vacation due to it being passed to a junior person who didn’t understand it, and he got blamed. Afterward he said he was burnt out to his manager and then was fired a week or so later, even though the project recovered. Is there grounds here for wrongful termination? Switching from commission to salary!

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What % haircut should be expected? As an example, if I make 100k (base + commission) today, would it be realistic to ask for 90k (10% cut) + equity to make up the difference?

Have interviewed big 4 company and got a offer around 25% bump and expecting better assignments than current firm. The partner in my practice reached out and is doing everything he can to make me stay

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management.
