How important is it to you to bond with your coworkers outside of the office? I honestly couldn't care less, but my manager told me today that people think I'm hostile and standoffish. He said I could improve the way people viewed me if I attended the team happy hour or joined people in the breakroom during lunch.

Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db?
