Look at the scoring scales on Indeed in the skills test you've taken. Proficient is a top rating for some skills tests.
Afyer I had the same question I did a lil research and it seems the ratings were changed to Proficient & Completed. They also have incomplete if someone stops in the middle of an assessment. A goog search will yield links to the linkedin assessments and scoring.
It depends on the criteria predefined by the employer. There is no way to read their minds.
Each test has a different Score Range, here's one for typing:
Completed 200 - 487
Proficient 488 - 800
Candidates are given "N/A" when they have started but not completed an assessment or module yet, or if there is no quantifiable score associated with the module type.
Rating Level is only a descriptor of the score range for this specific module. Indeed makes no statement as to the skill level of a candidate.
