How is BDO for FDD? Have an offer from them to start as a senior now, but keep seeing mixed info about quality and culture. I have the option of staying at b4 audit another year until I make senior here and trying for B4 FDD - not sure what the right choice is here.

Best books for U.S. Corporate Tax similar to Logic of Subchapter K for partnerships? I’ve historically worked extensively with partnerships and starting to branch out into more “Core” corporate M&A Tax and looking for a helpful resource to get up to speed.

Is it just me or does it seem like everyone in FDD is in for the long long haul? I remember in audit everyone would talk about quitting or how they're only going to do audit for a few years to get experience and then leave. I'm not really seeing the same in TS. Just my observation.
