Am I crazy? I’m considering turning down an offer 3x my current comp in a city I love. I even like the company culture better at the new firm. Downside is the day to day work as they’re different industries. I really can’t see myself doing the work at the new firm long term. I get work is work but this especially leaves me unfulfilled. But feel bad turning down something that on paper seems like a no brainer. Any fishies here have advice/gone thru similar experience? Did you regret it?

I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. How do you decide how much notice to give when you're leaving a firm to go to a competitor? I know that no matter how much notice I give, they'll walk me out the day I give it.
