Been there :( honestly might sound weird but I have started cycle syncing and find it has done wonders for minimizing PMS symptoms. If you are not familiar, check out the book Woman Code by Alyssa Vitti and the Flo app - it gives diet & lifestyle modifications, plus supplement suggestions to optimize hormonal cycle. Good luck!
Oh wow, I'd never heard of this. Are you making diet and exercise modifications according to your cycle? Which do you feel has more impact?
I have been for about a year struggling with hormones and such. My leadership behavior hasn’t been normal. I dwell on it every night.
I went to my doctor and today makes 2 weeks, I had a hysterectomy.
My insides were full of cysts and build up on all the lady parts. Explains a lot when your just wore out. The mind will tell you to keep busy but the body isn’t in sync. Oh, and if you are emotional, more than usual, BIG SIGN.
My recommendation is go to OBGYN. Talk to them about all the symptoms and demand for a hormone check and internal ultrasound! No asking! Demand it!!!
