I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hikes are good there but they will suck the last drop of blood out of you. Worst wlb
We don’t have HR in consulting roles, I understand above pointers are hard to digest for some.
ZS boasts one of the highest increments and bonus. An average performer can get around 15% hike with lowest reaching 8-10% while an exceptionally good performance can get upto 25% though very very rare. General promotion is every 2.5-3 years. In 5 years best case scenario you will be at manager position and worst case you will be very senior consultant with couple of 6 month cycles short of becoming manager. Starting for Manager right now is around 25-30 however assuming one more market correction in next 5 years you can aim to reach around 35LPA with consistent good performance for next 5 years
Sure
Is 12.5 your gross(base) or CTC??
Considering promotion to Consultant takes average of 2.5-3 years and starting consultant gross is in range of ~18-20 with approximately yearly 2 lakhs bonus also
You will hit that 20LPA CTC range in 3 years and 20lpa gross (base) in about 4 years
Also add ELRP bonus in your CTC as per offer letter that will be given to you after each milestone (1 year ,2 year completion and so on)
Oh Okay. Thank you so much. Will there be any training/resources for the same once I join ZS? Yes, joining as BTAC.
What's your yoe?
