Tech: Don't expect to be working on bleeding edge tech, even if some teams have upgraded, the world has already moved ahead.
Growth: depends on team & role, e.g its tough to get promoted from jl3 to jl4 especially this year when there's hiring/promotion freeze.
Hikes : if you are coming with a good hike, most of the cases has hike between 5-8%.
Wlb: Great.. no doubt
Perks : good
Overall great if you want a balanced next few years
WLB is very good and you will get good incentives like Sodexo and internet allowance apart from salary
Growth depends on your skills and the work you do.
Culture wise it's top notch as we have direct updates and interactions with leadership teams quarterly/weekly.
From what I've seen, excellent in all of these.
One and a half year
Be cautious they have started firing employees.
They didn't fire employees, it was part of the re-org and only less than 300 people got impacted
It's not even 0.3% of the whole employee's strength.
There are a lot of good things in Maersk and there is no doubt in it
Avg hike ,Good People ,Slow growth , WLB depends on the team overall company is good due to ongoing market situations I have seen people getting laid off .
Slow growth in terms of promotions?
How many were laid off? This opportunity is in a new team. Are they laying off from new verticals?

Yes say the same if you are one of those of 300 employees
I know many colleagues who were on notice till June 30th after it got announced on March 1st week.
It's up to individual employees if they want to stay till June 30th or leave early and choices were given to impacted employees by the management.
No one was forced to leave early.
