I am working as an Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys at 3.9 LPA. I have around 2 years of experience. My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/ salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

Getting paid $52/hour as a part-time employee. My supervisor wants to convert me into a contractor. What should my hourly rate be now? No benefits or PTO.

I left my old job the end of January (due to compensation) and hate my new job. I don’t sleep and am constantly stressed. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process.
