From a T2 perspective this is a little below market. S& 0 YOE TC is ~130 (100 base ~30 bonus), probably up to ~140 when we match recent MBB raises for 2023 joiners. Pretty sure other T2s are similar
Yeah I’m at a top 15 school, altho nobody I know has gone to strategy& (we send a lot to MBB)
Deloitte is comparable or better. GPS is 85 and commercial is either 90k or 75k with 7.5-12.5k sign on bonuses respectively
To be fair. He is in GPS S&A. However, he got his salary before knowing S&A. He said everyone at DU was same pay

That’s pretty competitive. I started at Deloitte 3 years ago at 80k and 12.5k signing. I wouldn’t factor in performance bonus because that could be 0-20%. That trajectory seems to be normal, I’m 125k now.

I would’ve taken that salary lol 12.5k ended up being ~7k. It’s paid (or it was) 1st half on signing with no taxes then the 2nd half with all taxes with your first paycheck
Seems pretty normal. Are you doing strategy?
No this is Prophet. I think it's flat pay across the board (there's no CoL adjustment) so doubt there is much wiggle room.
OP has a prophet offer and the practice is digital transformation/UX - OP, the 110k starting base you are seeing at MBB is a different (and much more boring) line of work. You are not going into pure strat.
This offer is about par for the area of work, given 0 YOE, and you won't find many comparable roles at MBB for new grad hires. There are very few people on this app that do what you're about to do, so you have to take salary advice here with a grain of salt.
That's not to say salary in this area is bad, by any means. My personal trajectory:
New Hire: 77k
SC: 116k to 121k after COL raise
MC: 160k
The above happened in 3 years.
Yup

This is comparable pay to B4/ACN. T2 or B4/ACN strategy will be higher, but also different work.
