@Op If you have 3+ years in GenAI in today's market then you can ask a CCTC +20% hike in your next job interview
If you are trying to gauge whether your current org is underpaying you in a GenAi role then you need to get the maxima of 2 data/info points
a) Avg salary of your peers at your current exp and domain - 2 salaries from 2 diff employees is enough to derive a basic avg
b) Lowest starting salary for the next higher role in your team
BTW : The avg salary of a GenAI/ LLM professionals for 3-6 years exp is around 12.5 lpa (Source: AIM media house) and a huge range of 5 lpa - 13.5 lpa for GenAI engineer for 4+ Yoe (Source : Glassdoor)
Also not the right time to switch at 3+ YOE if you have a secure job (unless the next job is more stable and secure for sure)

I think it's good , the expected salary depends on the company and Current CTC.
I think you can expect above 30 LPA.
Around 22lpa must be expected
