How is the merger between Discover and Capitalone going? I know during the pandemic capOne had many remote roles and they went away from those roles well before the pandemic was over. Discover used to have a lot of roles that were remote and those seem to be dwindling also. If you work for either company, how is the merger going and what are you hearing as far as remote work for Discover? Are you preparing for layoffs?

Hi My wife is a banking associate. She mostly worked on frontend banking. This job demands her to go to branch everyday even in pandemic time too. Now as we have a kid(4months) to take care, this jobs doesn't seems to be flexible. So she is looking for a change in career path. I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period).
