Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?

Currently I work as a implementation consultant in a fast growing B2B SaaS company. We just recently received a funding round of 500M EUR, but I don’t have any stake in the company yet (only joined 5 months ago). I got an offer for EY-P but turns out the compensation is a bit lower than my current salary (~50kEUR). I’m really interested in strategy & PE cdd, but never done it before. I think I bombed my final round today. Was taken a bit aback with a pure focus on numbers so took a bit of time solving it and in the end interviewer skipped one part of a chart cos she had to move on to other charts. The qualitative case part went well I think. Disappointed in myself!
