I have a pretty good idea that I’m being undervalued & underpaid. Anyone willing to share base salaries for account manager/account executive/sales lead for food/CPG industry? How is the Job security in atos? My friend joined in April, 3month have passed but he is still on bench. He was hired for SharePoint tech stack, but now his manager is saying "They have very less projects for sharepoint, so please prepare for Azure". He is worried looking at the current market slowdown.

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Recently interviewed with another company as a Vendor Mgmt partner. Individual contributor, high visible position with potential. Thoughts?
