Seeing a lot of convo in the main bowl about bonuses in the US. They are mentioned on the rewards site but are these really a thing in the UK? and if so what do they look like usually at different levels?

I joined sept 2019 as lvl11, no bonus that year, then covid in 2020, now I’m at lvl 10 and wondering if individual bonus is normal at my level

I am a personal injury defense attorney and I’ve never done plaintiff’s work. I have a case where I suspect the plaintiff is malingering and exaggerating his injuries. The plaintiffs attorney has sent me multiple demands for $3 million dollars and basically begged me to respond with some offer. I’ve been having some mental issues lately and have no idea if it’s due to my HRT.
If I take .75 of estradiol I still have hot flashes. If I take 1.0 I feel either numb or depressed constantly.
I feel like I’m bearing this battle alone as my Physician’s seem like experimenting with dosing is my only option.
I’ve also consistently done intermittent fasting for two weeks, exercise 5x per week, and am eating better all to lose a whopping .5 lbs. SMH
