Does BofA give broadband reimbursement?
Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

General rule: don’t speak poorly of previous agencies when interviewing. It makes you come off as negative (even if you’re in the right) and no one is looking to bring that to their team.
They didn’t forget you
What do you have to lose? Sounds like you learned from the last interview, so go for round 2 and just apply your learnings. Who cares if they remember you or not. If they coordinate another interview with you it means they still have a role to fill and are keeping an open mind. Good luck, OP! Honestly I wouldn’t over think this. Prepare for the interview & rock it! The rest is on them.
If the same recruiter is there, and they discussed you with other recruiters. Next time, try to spin talking about past agencies. People aren’t really up with the times of being vulnerable and honest, so you have to allude to things without being direct.
Did they have reason to think you were being disrespectful?
Usually when I am looking for a job it’s because something it’s not working with the agency I am employed with. And when a recruiter asks, I am honest about the reason why I want to leave. Never had an issue or a push back because of that.
Now, back to my initial question: if you think you have been openly disrespectful, there’ll be someone else that remembers you, unfortunately.
If you have been genuine about what went wrong with your experience in your current agency without being petty, perhaps the reason why they didn’t call back might be different and maybe you’re overthinking that part of your interview with them.
Regardless, do what your guts say. Good luck!
NEVER say anything negative about past employers. Ever. Keep your mouth shut, learn the lesson, and go back for an interview like it never happened. If you didn't actually speak with a hiring manager first time, you're in luck. Recruiters are just the gatekeeper. The actual team doesn't know.
What applicant tracking system do they use? Careers sites typically have the ATS branding on them (e.g. Taleo, greenhouse, iCims, lever, Jobvite, etc). Some ATS systems collect and store interview feedback in the candidates’ profiles, so if that’s the case at this agency, it will be in your profile as long as they continue to use that system. If you can tell me which one they use, I might be able to tell you.
Different recruiter. What’s the chances they forgot me?
If it’s a different recruiter and the old recruiter has gone to a new shop, I would honestly contact the old recruiter and ask them this exact question. It’d be hit or miss but if you’re coming to them for genuine advice they might be able to help you out, gain some empathy, and give insight into whether the agency might remember.
Seriously. It’s hard to reconcile with someone who you’ve had an adversarial relationship with in the past. But as a result it’s also powerful. People will respond to that’s stuff better than you think. Worth a try, unless you’re committed to holding a grudge against the old recruiter

… to add. If you reach out, that reminds them of you and there is nothing stopping them from reaching out to the current recruiter if you’re not already in the system.
Oh I learned my lesson. It was a solid agency
How do you know that this was why they didn’t move you forward?
I unfortunately spoke with an ACD and negative opinion was formed of me. No go then?

Yeah. Maybe try again in a few years when the peeps are working elsewhere.
