How long does it take between applying to a place/emailing a recruiter and then hearing back about next steps? I’m wondering how long I should expect to wait to hear back (if at all)
AND has the pandemic drawn out this process at all?

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

Was interviewing with a firm and soon after receiving an offer, learned of bad culture/toxic partners in the practice group from a couple of associates who recently lateraled from the firm. How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones?
